A: Our quotes are typically ex-factory prices, including: 1) the machine; 2) standard accessories; 3) wooden packing crates. For alternative pricing requests such as FOB or CIF terms, we will provide a detailed cost breakdown.
Q2: What is the production cycle and delivery time?
A: The production cycle for standard models is 7-15 business days after receiving the deposit. The specific time for delivery to your nearest port depends on your location and shipping schedule.
Q3: What is the warranty period? What does the warranty cover? How is after-sales technical support provided?
A: We offer a 1-year warranty covering defects caused by inherent equipment faults. Damage resulting from operational errors, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-genuine parts is excluded. We provide remote support via complimentary phone/email/video guidance and remote troubleshooting assistance.
Q4: What are the payment terms and methods?
